I can't say enough good things about AJ. He was very personable from the first time my wife and I met him. We weren't really sure if we wanted to buy a home or build a home and he was very patient with us as we navigated the process. His communication was top notch. If we ever needed anything, he was always just a short phone call or text message away. His response time to our questions and his correspondence with builders, the buyers agent, and other realtors was amazing. Everything was clear and upfront and very easy to follow along in our buying/selling experience. When purchasing a home especially, I was very weary of this happening going into this process. We initially met him through Zillow before Covid and he showed us any existing property or new construction we wanted to see. I’m a first time home buyer and was afraid of the process because I heard it was a strenuous and long process. With Aj, I found a home I love, he worked hard on the terms of the offer, kept in touch with the seller’s agent, and got my offered accepted. He’s also very personable and easy to reach.
